shipping and labeling of hazardous shipments, and outlines FedX's hazardous
materials shipping program. The program increased FedX's volume of

scripting, and CD Rom authoring for an educational CD Rom for use in the
Public Schools. The program includes a virtual tour, interactive content,
digital video, hierarchical Family Tree Builder, etc.
Matthew's International Bronze Division (Sales Training)
Interactive CD Rom training program designed to provide a comfort
level for participating Matthew's field sales associates and their
counterparts in client cemeteries, funeral homes, and other third party
sales organizations. The program features an avatar host "Matt Hews" who
leads participants through the selling process and ultimately through
training completion and comprehension testing. When participants log into
the program, they are greeted by "Matt" who is programmed to interact with
individual participants on a first name basis with intuitive dialog that is
determined by the unique behaviors of each training participant. This self
paced/self administered training tool does not require human interface or
facilitation and is navigated in leisure time. A personalized Certificate
of Completion is automatically composed and printed out for those sales
associates who successfully complete the training and related comprehension
testing.
